Important Information about Fort Wilderness

Our mfm Retreat takes place at Fort Wilderness in McNaughton, WI where you will experiance a unique weekend in God's creation. Guests should be prepared for walking on varied terrain, including uneven surfaces, stairs, grass, sand, wood chips, and gravel. We encourage guests to consider these conditions when preparing for their visit and make choices that best suit their individual needs and abilities. Lodging Options

Types of Lodging

The Inn - Hotel-like rooms for groups of 3-6 ladies. Each room has a private bath and shower, queen, and single bed(s). Linens are included. Rooms are available on a first-come basis.

The Cabins - Sleep between 6-12 ladies. Each has a private bath and shower. All campers in cabins need to bring their own personal towels, blankets, sheets (or sleeping bag), and pillows.

Weekend Options

Below are four options for arrival and lodging.

Option 1: Friday Arrival staying in a CABIN: $290 (4pm check-in begins, 5 meals included)

Option 2: SOLD OUT. Friday Arrival staying in the INN: $335 (4pm check-in begins, 5 meals included)

Option 3: Thursday Arrival staying in a CABIN: $335 (4pm check-in begins, 7 meals included)

Option 4: SOLD OUT. Thursday Arrival staying in the INN: $365 (4pm check-in begins, 7 meals included)

Do you feel physically able and willing to sleep on a top bunk? Please be aware that this involves using a ladder at the end of the bed. You will be notified if we cannot accommodate a request for a lower bunk.

mfm Cancellation Policy (Read and check below to continue)

Cancel on or before 8/1/2025 - amount paid minus $50 will be refunded. All cancellations after 8/1/2025 are nonrefundable. Fees are FULLY transferable, for the same retreat that year/weekend if you can find someone who has not registered. Any changes to registrations must be submitted to Karen MacCudden prior to 9/19/2025.

During this event, mfm/Fort Wilderness will be recording (audio and video) and photographing. Most likely, you will be filmed, recorded or photographed as part of the audience or individually. Fort Wilderness Waiver/Food Allergies Form

Fort Wilderness requires each attendee to complete a Waiver/Food Allergies Form at the time of registration. You will receive a link in your confirmation email following your submission below. Click on the link and complete it in order to FINISH the registration process and secure your spot.

Note: This needs to be completed by every attendee, even if you do not have food allergies.
